Una, November 16 - Deputy Commissioner Jatin Lal inaugurated the 28th Under-12 Block Level Tournament organized in Dulahad on Saturday. 400 children from 74 schools are participating in this tournament organized at Government Primary Center Pathshaala Dulahad. Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, 50 and 100 meter race and speech competitions are being organized in the tournament.

Volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, 50 and 100 meter race and speech competitions are being organized in the tournament.
On the inaugural occasion, the Deputy Commissioner took the salute of the march past of the participating teams and appreciated the enthusiasm of the students. During this, the children presented various cultural programs.
In his address, the Deputy Commissioner taught the children the importance of discipline, hard work and dedication in life. He also encouraged them to move forward with determination in every field of life and achieve every goal with tireless hard work. He said that sports are not only necessary for physical and mental development, but they also promote discipline, teamwork and competitive spirit in children. Balance of education and sports is necessary for the overall development of children.
On this occasion Block Elementary Education Officer Hans Raj, Center Chief Teaching Dulahad Mahesh Sharma, State Spokesperson of Primary Teachers Association Sarvjeet Rana, President of Primary Teachers Association Block Haroli Vijay Kumar, Senior Vice President Naresh Kumar, General Secretary Vinod Rana, Treasurer Suresh, Joint Secretary Jaspal, Amarjeet and other dignitaries were present.
