Nawanshahr - Under the Punjab Government's 'Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Duar' programme, the district administration organized a grievance redressal camp at Daulatpur village of Sub-Division Nawanshahr today. In which a large number of people from Daulatpur village and neighboring villages participated. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Rajesh Dhiman specially visited the camp and heard the complaints of the people.

In which a large number of people from Daulatpur village and neighboring villages participated. Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Rajesh Dhiman specially visited the camp and heard the complaints of the people.
Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman said on this occasion that these grievance redressal camps are being held in the entire state on the instructions of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, under which efforts are being made to bring administrative services closer to people's homes. He carefully listened to the problems of the people present in the camp and directed the concerned departments to solve them immediately. He said that the objective of this program is to make government services transparent and accessible, so that the general public can get the benefits of their rights and services easily. The Deputy Commissioner said that with such camps, the bridge of communication between the administration and the public is strengthened and quick resolution of problems is possible.
He said that the main objective of 'Aap Di Sarkar, Aap De Duar' program is to understand people's problems closely and solve them immediately. He said that such camps are being organized continuously in the district, so that every citizen can get the full benefit of the schemes and services of the government.
During the camp, people were also made aware about the proper management of stubble and crop residues by not setting them on fire. On this occasion, various departments set up their own stalls, which provided information and assistance related to important services. People went to different stalls to solve their problems and put their problems. The concerned officials tried to solve the problems on the spot and assured to settle the pending matters at the earliest.
People appreciated this effort of the administration and said that not only their problems are being solved, but they are also getting information about their rights and government schemes.
On this occasion, SDM Nawanshahr Dr. Akshita Gupta, Naib Tehsildar Vijay Kumar, BDPO Rajwinder Kaur, Sarpanch Daulatpur Harmandeep Singh and other officials of various departments were also present.
