Chandigarh October 14, 2024- Panjab University, Chandigarh has notified that the offices/Institutions/Regional Centres/Rural Centre/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges of Panjab University located in the State of Punjab will remain close on 15.10.2024 on account of General Elections to Gram Panchayats 2024.
PU has also notified that Special Casual Leave would be granted to the employees of Panjab University, Chandigarh who are registered voters in their villages to cast their votes in the Punjab Gram Panchayat elections scheduled for 15.10.2024.
PU spokesperson has clarified that all meetings and examinations would be held as per the schedule announced earlier, if any.
