Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, October 14, 2024:- Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke, exercising powers conferred under section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, has rejected the license services of the firm Emperor Migration Private Limited. Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke said that Emperor Migration Services Private Limited: Firm Office A-812 Bestech Business Tower, Sector-66, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Owner Navneet Singh Ahluwalia, son Gurdarshan Singh, resident of House No. J- 148, 3rd Floor, Kalkaji New Delhi, Hall resident B-601, Palam Villages Apartment, Sector-126, Kharar, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and Owner Gurdarshan Singh son Rajinder Singh resident of House No. J-148, 3rd Floor, Kalkaji New Delhi, Hall B-601, Palam Villages Apartment, Sector-126, Kharar, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was issued license number 278/IC dated 07.03.2019 for consultancy work. This license has expired on 06.03.2024. The Additional Deputy Commissioner said that as per the report of the Tehsildar, Mohali, since there is no office at this address and there is no applicant of this name, the office is closed, monthly reports have not been submitted, licence has not been renewed and the provisions of the licence are not being followed. By failing to do so, the firm and the licensee have violated the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 by failing to respond/give clarification to the notice.
Therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts, Shri Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke, IAS, Additional District Magistrate, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar in exercise of his powers under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 has cancelled/cancelled the licence No. 278/IC dated 07.03.2019 issued to the firm Emperor Migration Services Private Limited with immediate effect.
Further, as per the Act/Rules if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said Company/Firm/Partnership or its licensees/Directors/Partners of the firm, then the said Company/Director/Partner/Licensee shall be responsible in all the matters and shall also be liable for compensation thereof.
