Nawanshahr - The Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society has taken charge of Mr. Barjinder Singh Hussainpur as the patron for the annual Mahan Kirtan Darbar and Gurmati events dedicated to the 555th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj. Today at the society office, during a meeting regarding the preparation of this event by the society members, this service was duly taken over by them.

Today at the society office, during a meeting regarding the preparation of this event by the society members, this service was duly taken over by them.
On this occasion, while addressing the group of members, he said that the mission of Sri Guru Nanak Dev ji gives the message to the entire humanity to recite the name, do the work of religion, help the needy and work for the good of the whole. He said that in today's era of materialism, it is very important to convey the path shown by Guru Nanak Sahib Ji and the teachings given for the good of the people. He said that the efforts being made by the society for the last five years for these works are very meaningful and commendable.
He appealed to the people of every section of the society to come forward to support such works being done by any religious or voluntary organizations for the benefit of humanity. He said that he would make all possible efforts with the grace of God and the support of the society members to successfully conduct the Gurmati events and kirtan this time. Sharing this information, Surjit Singh, the chief servant of the society, said that Barjinder Singh Hussainpur, where he serves selflessly for religious and social works in the area. There, they always make a big contribution to the works being done by the society.
He also thanked Barjinder Singh for taking over the service as guardian. UK resident Amandeep Singh and his mother Narinder Kaur, who have been associated with the society from the beginning and have contributed greatly to its services, also arrived in this meeting. Amandeep Singh and his mother were also honored by the society under the leadership of Barjinder Singh Hussainpur.
