Hoshiarpur - The Vidhan Sabha Committee under the chairmanship of District President Daljit Rai gave a demand letter to the SDM against the manipulation of the Constitution by the Bahujan Samaj Party district Hoshiarpur. In which the decision of the seven-judge bench headed by Chief Justice DY Chandarchud of the Supreme Court to sub-categorize the Scheduled Caste list is anti-constitutional.
This decision of the Supreme Court is a violation of Article 341 and Article 342 and imposing a cream layer on the Scheduled Castes, where it is an anti-constitutional decision, is a conspiracy to deprive the Scheduled Castes of their constitutional rights. The BSP demanded that the judges included in the Supreme Court batch should be tried for sedition.
