SAS Nagar, August 21 - The situation remains pathetic due to sewage standing on the roadside near the public toilets built in the market of Sector 70. Social worker leader Mr. Kanwal Nain Singh Sodhi, who gave information about this, said that there is a threat to the health of everyone in the area due to sewage standing in front of public toilets. He said that due to this dirty water, a heavy smell is spread and the moss accumulated here has created a condition of pollution due to which diseases are also occurring.
He said that despite repeated complaints regarding this, no action is being taken by the Municipal Corporation Due to which the health of local residents, shopkeepers and people coming here can be seriously threatened.
He said that this matter has been brought to the attention of the Mayor and Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation but no action has been taken. They have demanded that this problem be solved immediately.
