Mohali 7 August - At present, incidents of robbery and theft are being seen and heard in the entire city of Mohali, due to which incidents of robbery and theft are increasing a lot. On one hand, where the courage of thieves and looters is high, on the other hand, the people of Mohali district are in panic and are engaged in protecting their belongings. Therefore, the police will have to increase police and public meetings and it is very important for the police to take public feedback, otherwise, these incidents will continue like this. The above thoughts were expressed by Shiv Sena Punjab District Mohali President Simranjit Singh Mann in front of the media while appealing on the appointment of newly appointed SSP of Mohali Deepak Parik and his far-sighted thinking. Punjab friendly youth leader Simranjit Singh Mann says that along with being the newly appointed SSP of Mohali district, whatever he said in the press meet and the kind of thinking he has, if the police actually works on the ground and understands its responsibility and can maintain the trust of maximum number of people on it, then the time is not far when the people involved in robbery and theft will be behind bars.
Mann said that the situation in Mohali district today is such that in the six villages under Mohali Municipal Corporation, most of the two wheelers of the people are getting stolen and in the surrounding areas, incidents like mobile snatching are happening. People are very upset with these incidents and when the police does not listen to them on time and the complaints given do not have any effect, then people become silent and the courage of the thieves increases. He said that today in these six villages most of the people have houses with small rooms or most of the migrant people are living on rent, but thieves are targeting their two wheelers every day. Not only this, now people have started tying their vehicles with iron chains, so that by going to any village at night, one can see the condition of the two wheelers parked in the streets and can get information about the criminal incidents happening there. He said that soon he along with his team will submit a memorandum to the SSP of Mohali and will cooperate in public welfare works and hopes that the newly appointed Mohali SSP will soon help the people of Mohali to get rid of these problems.
