Garhshankar, August 17 - The Ex-Servicemen Welfare Society of Garhshankar hoisted the tricolor in Gaurav May style at ECHS complex on official time. National Anthem was sung along with chants of Bharat Mata, Bande Mataram. After that, congratulating each other, a community discussion was held on the occasion of refreshment.
Patron Brigadier Rajkumar also attended while Chairman Capt. RS Pathanii extended his congratulations over the phone from Chandigarh. On this occasion, Subedar Nath Singh and Naik Jagdish Chandra, who are sick, went home and congratulated them with sweets and wished them good health.
