
Government transfers union leaders to remove grievances - Bhupinder Kaur.
SAS Nagar, September 23 - Mohali district's Asha worker and Asha facilitator District Mohali President Bhupinder Kaur and Ranjit Kaur have alleged that due to the struggle waged by the PSIEC Staff Association Union, the Punjab government has transferred the organization's General Secretary and State President of the Board and Corporation Union Tara Singh from the head office in Chandigarh to Ludhiana, claiming that Rs 500 crore of the corporation was not transferred to the account of the Punjab government.

In a statement issued here, they said that the Punjab government wanted to transfer the surplus fund of Rs 1441 crore of the board and corporation to its account and wanted to privatize the board and corporation by taking them into losses, but the struggle waged by the PSIEC Staff Association thwarted this intention of the Punjab government.
In this regard, during the meeting of ASHA workers and ASHA facilitators, it was demanded that the Punjab government's vindictive transfer of Tara Singh be immediately canceled. The leaders said that if any struggle is planned by PSIEC Staff Association in this regard in the coming days, then all ASHA workers and ASHA facilitators of Mohali district will participate in this struggle to the maximum extent.
