The leaders of the Doaba zone of Bhaqi Ekta Ugrahan will reach soon to provide essential items and comfort to the flood victims.

Hoshiarpur- A joint meeting of the leaders of the Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur districts of Bhaqi Ekta Ugrahan was held at the Desh Bhagat Yadgar Hall. In which serious discussions were held about the difficulties faced by the flood-affected people of four villages of Hoshiarpur district, Mehtabpur, Kaler Janardan, Sotla and Kaulian. As per the directions of the union's state president Sardar Joginder Singh Ugrahan ji, a program has been fixed for the end of this week to deliver the necessary relief materials to these four villages.

The district and block level leaders have been given the duty of reaching every village door to door and collecting relief materials and then distributing them among the flood victims as per their needs. Preparations are in full swing for which the Jatha will leave this Sunday under the leadership of Mohan Singh Bal ji with relief materials, in which leaders and active workers will participate.
The leaders of the union appeal to the people of Punjab to support their flood-affected brothers in this difficult time and make every possible effort for their rehabilitation.
On this occasion, a large number of leaders and workers including Mohan Singh Bal, Gurcharan Singh Chahal, Madan Lal, Hardeep Singh Kathar, Master Singara Singh, Principal Manjit Singh, Mahinderpal Singh Sham Chaurasi, Talwinder Singh Heer Nangal Khiladi, Balkar Singh, Manga Singh, Malkit Singh, Jatinder Kalra participated and took a pledge to fulfill their responsibility with full dedication and honesty. In this meeting, the heinous murder of innocent Harveer by a savage beast in Hoshiarpur was strongly condemned and heartfelt sympathy and deep sorrow was expressed with his parents.
A demand was made to hang Harveer's murderer as soon as possible. Appealing to the government and administration to stop the atmosphere of incitement and hatred being created against ordinary innocent workers and to protect them and save the atmosphere of Punjab from deteriorating, the leaders said that if the police administration had first investigated the criminal record of such a criminal, the life of innocent Harveer could have been saved.
They also appealed to the people of the state to avoid those spreading rumors and incitement and maintain peace. They also asked the government to seriously investigate the behavior of all the people of other states so that no other innocent person like Harveer has to become a victim of a brute with a criminal background.
