Kapurthala (Paigam e Jagat)- Lok Kala Manch IPTA organized a "People Friendly Cultural Evening" in the premises of "Rupowali Rang Manch" located in Nanaksar town near Rail Coach Factory. In which internationally famous versatile writer Mr. Surinder Singh Sunnar President "Lokmanch Punjab" and Chief Editor "Apni Awaaz" attended as the chief guest, Professor Harjit Singh Ashk UK and Principal Jagminder Kaur Ji as special guests.
While the program was presided over by International Poet Kanwar Iqbal Singh representing Punjab Government (Member "Science and Technology Department Punjab") President Srujana Kendra Virsa Vihar Kapurthala along with his wife Mrs. Tajinder Kaur, District Language Officer Madam Jaspreet Kaur and Madam Rupinder Kaur Sarpanch. The presence of film actress Sawan Rupowali from Mumbai and renowned theater artist Utkarsh Singh Rajput added to the glory of the program.
In the musical evening of this cultural program, folk singer Sunny Masih won the hearts of the people by presenting Ghazal and Sufiana Kalam. The team of "Lok Kala Manch Majitha" under the guidance of Gurmel Sham Nagar was a part of the IPTA Punjab team and won the title of Koil of Punjab; the character play "Jutti Kasuri" based on the biography of folk singer late Surinder Kaur ji was presented in a very beautiful manner by Rang Manch actress "Raman Rupovali" and impressed the audience emotionally.
The Hindi play Tobha Tek Singh based on Manto's story, which presents the tragedy of the partition of Pakistan and India, presented by actor and director Utkarsh Singh Rajput (Mumbai), was the main attraction of the program. The choreography "Bhagat Singh Di Gori" presented under the direction of Deepak Aanchal by "Lok Manch IPTA" Kapurthala forced people to think. 
Apart from this, Gidda was presented under the leadership of Madam Deepika Rani. Poets who participated in this program specially included Shahbaz Khan, Munaza Irshad, Ashu Kumara, Malkit Singh Meet, Tejbir Singh, Madam Swaraj Kaur, Rajinder Pal Singh, Gursharan Singh, Surinder Kumar, Bhupinder Rupowali, Harjinder Shamnagar, Avinash Chandra, Sonu Gill.
IPTA Kapurthala President Dr. Harbhajan Singh, Organizing Secretary Sarabjit Rupowali, Anchal Nahar, Sharanjit Sohal, Kashmir Bajaror contributed significantly in the overall arrangement. Inderjit Rupowali, RCF Halt Operator near Rupowali Rang Manch Bhawan, Nanaksar Nagar welcomed the guests and gave a vote of thanks.
