All cities of Haryana will be ranked on the lines of the Centre's Swachh Survekshan - Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini.

He said that with the aim of making the state even cleaner, beautiful and greener and increasing the spirit of participation for cleanliness, the ranking of all cities of Haryana will soon be started on the lines of the Centre's Swachh Survekshan. Cities that perform excellently in cleanliness will be honored.

Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini was chairing a meeting of senior officers of the state government including Additional Deputy Commissioners, Municipal Commissioners, District Municipal Commissioners, Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) and Principal Medical Officers (PMOs) of all districts on cleanliness after inaugurating the newly established Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute of Financial Management in Panchkula today. Deputy Commissioners of all districts participated in the meeting through video conferencing.
Urban Local Government Minister Shri Vipul Goyal, Public Welfare Minister Shri Ranbir Gangwa and Health and Family Welfare Minister Aarti Rao were also present on the occasion.

It is the collective responsibility of all of us to keep the surrounding environment clean. Shri Naib Singh Saini said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has envisioned making India a developed nation by the year 2047, in which the officers are going to play an important role in writing the script. He said that when the Prime Minister took charge of the country in the year 2014, he gave the message of Swachh Bharat - Clean India and this has had a positive impact on our future generation. Today, every child is aware of cleanliness.

Even the smallest complaint regarding the cleanliness of the people should be resolved immediately.
He said that Swachhta Pakhwada will be celebrated across the state from September 17 to October 2, in which many awareness programs will be organized, ensuring the participation of the people. He directed the municipal corporation officials to immediately resolve even the smallest complaint regarding the cleanliness of the people so that the trust of the people in the government can be further increased. Under CR, beautification and maintenance of intersections should be done so that the beauty of the cities can be further enhanced.

No helpless animal should be seen on the roads of the state
The Chief Minister, while taking information about the problem of helpless animals in the cities, directed that not a single helpless animal should be left on the roads. If even a single cow is seen on the roads, then it should be immediately sent to the cow shelters. He said that the budget has been increased for the construction of cow shelters in the state.

The Chief Minister said that the state government is working diligently to meet the basic needs of the people like electricity, water, education, health and sanitation. Every patient should be provided with the best treatment facilities
Shri Naib Singh Saini told the officials of the health department in the meeting that for the patients, a doctor is like God. The patient coming to the hospital should be listened to carefully and the best treatment facilities should be provided to him. The government's goal is that health facilities should be available in all civil hospitals on the lines of private hospitals so that people do not need to go to private hospitals for treatment. For this, all district hospitals are being prepared with modern facilities like CT scan, MRI, digital X-ray, ultrasound and testing labs.
In the meeting, Haryana Urban Local Government Minister Mr. Vipul Goyal said that as per the instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini, the water drainage system during the monsoon this time has been much better than before. For this, he also praised the officers of the department. He said that the Urban Local Government Department is starting an 11-week cleanliness campaign from August 24 across the state. Under this, cleanliness will be done in the buildings, roads, hospitals and other prestigious places of the Urban Local Government Corporation.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Aarti Singh Rao said that the goal of Chief Minister Mr. Naib Singh Saini is that people should get better medical facilities in civil hospitals than private hospitals. He said that for this, renovation and beautification works of civil hospitals are being done so that the patients coming to the hospitals get a better environment.
