Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri fulfilled social responsibility, distributed cheques worth Rs 12.21 lakh to 70 needy people.

Una, May 26- Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri today showed social concern and provided financial assistance to the needy at Ghaluwal Rest House in Haroli subdivision. On this occasion, he distributed cheques worth Rs 12.21 lakh to 70 beneficiaries.

The Deputy Chief Minister said that out of this assistance amount, 60 people were provided financial assistance of Rs 7.51 lakh from MLA discretionary fund and 10 people were provided financial assistance of Rs 4.70 lakh from Chief Minister Relief Fund. He said that the government is committed to the upliftment of every section of the society and it is also their duty to help the needy. The Deputy Chief Minister said that public service is the biggest religion and in future also he will try to provide help to the last person of the society.
On this occasion, SDM Haroli Vishal Sharma, senior Congress leader Ranjeet Rana, Ashok Thakur, Satish Bittu, Vinod Bittu and many other dignitaries were present.
