Mohali - A gym owner in Phase 2 of Mohali was shot at around 5 am today by assailants on a motorcycle. This gym owner named Vicky was hit by around four bullets in his legs and has been admitted to a private hospital in Mohali in a critical condition.
According to the information received, the attackers were riding a motorcycle and the gym owner was lying in the vehicle outside his gym when shots were fired at him. The gym trainer and the youths who came to the gym took the injured gym owner to the hospital.
The market watchmen immediately informed the police about the matter and a team from Phase 1 police station of Mohali reached the spot and took the gym owner’s car into their possession. The police are also examining the CCTV cameras.
According to the information, the attackers are seen leaving the incident site on a motorcycle in the CCTV cameras. The gym owner has been running the gym here for the past seven years. The police are investigating the entire matter.
