Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, June 9: Awareness camps were organized under "Vaighar Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan" today on 09.06.2025 in villages Raipur Kalan, Saneta, Shampur, Ghatour, Tiur and Bhupnagar under the leadership of KVK Mohali and Deputy Director, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, SAS Nagar, Dr. Balbir Singh Khara.
During the camp, Dr. Parul Gupta, Dr. Harmeet Kaur, Dr. Munish Sharma, Dr. Gulgul Singh and S. Suchha Singh, S. Jaspreet Singh and S. Manpal Singh from the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare informed the farmer brothers, sisters and youth about the Government schemes of the Government of India and the Government of Punjab regarding the crops to be sown in the Kharif season, plant protection, animal husbandry, goat rearing, fish farming and ancillary industries.
