The youth should take inspiration from him and participate in as many sports as possible. At this time, the chief guest Madam Ashika Jain IAS Deputy Commissioner Hoshiarpur honoured Balraj Singh Chauhan by giving him a trophy and said that playing sports provides physical and mental health.
She appealed to stay away from addiction and said that sports are as important as education. It is noteworthy that cyclist Balraj Chauhan cycles 80 to 100 kilometers every day and goes to different villages, cities, towns and dhanis to make people aware, save the environment, donate blood and give the message of making the country plastic free.
