Nawanshahr, September 25: Today Sardar Lakhvir Singh DSP NDPS Cum Narcotics Sardar Bhagat Singh Nagar has issued a stern warning to the drug traffickers that drug traffickers will not be spared at any cost. He said that people should also mobilize against this social evil and cooperate with the police. He was previously posted as DSP (Detective) at Jalandhar Rural.
He said that the district police has launched a special campaign against drug traffickers on the directions of honorable district police chief Dr. Mehtab Singh. He said that now the property illegally created by the drug trafficker will be attached. He appealed to the people to cooperate with the police to avoid the scourge of drugs. He said that information about drug traffickers can be given on the toll free number 99883-03232 issued by the police.
He said the identity of the informant will be kept confidential. He said that only with the cooperation of the people we can eradicate drug addiction.
