24 February Hoshiarpur- Football tournament was organized in village Binjo of district Hoshiarpur with the cooperation of all the town residents, Gram Panchayat, NRI Veer and the residents of the area. The final matches of which were concluded with great pomp. The final match of the open village category of this tournament was played between the teams of village Ajanoha and Uncha village.
In which the team of village Ajanoha won by two goals each. The second match was played between the team of Paldi Academy and JCT Academy Phagwara. In which the team of JCT Academy won by penalty kicks. On this occasion, the club organized a show match between NRI Veer and the Jang Club of the village. In which NRI Veer won by one goal.
Similarly, a tug of war competition was organized between the two teams in which NRI Veer was the winner. Prizes were distributed to the winner and runner-up teams of this final competition by NRI Veer, Football Club and Gram Panchayat Binjo.
On this occasion all the town residents, NRI heroes, football club members, village panchayat and other sports lovers were present.
