This was revealed by Shiromani Akali Dal (Revived) spokesperson Advocate Ravinder Singh Shahpur while talking to the media.
Advocate Shahpur said that the central government has given 58% DA to all the employees. But the Punjab government has given only 42% DA. Advocate Shahpur said that the Aam Aadmi Party government has released only 4% DA in three and a half years so far, which is very disappointing.
Advocate Shahpur said that it has never happened that DA arrears have not been released for such a long time. Advocate Shahpur appealed that instead of focusing on enjoying power, focus on the employees. If your government cannot give anything else this Diwali, then release the outstanding installments of DA only.
