Customers were made aware of various government schemes related to bank accounts, such as opening zero-income accounts under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) and the re-KYC process, including social security schemes like Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJY).
Sonam Tashi stated that this camp is part of a broader effort to deepen financial inclusion, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide seamless banking services to all sections of society. She stated that such camps will be organized regularly to maximize outreach and financial awareness.
She also informed that the "Cleanliness is Service" program is also being observed from September 17th to October 2nd. As part of this, a cleanliness drive was also launched around the Gram Panchayat Dangoh Khurd (Pirthipur). During this, he urged all local residents to keep their surroundings clean and to plant as many trees as possible. Panchayat head Sama Sharma, FLCRP Manpreet Kaur, Sanjeev Saxena, Pooja Sharma, and a large number of local residents were present on this occasion.
