GMADA conducts numbering draw for Aerocity SCOs and Bay Shops.

Chandigarh/SAS Nagar, August 14: Ending the fifteen-year wait of the owners/re-allotees of land acquired for the Aerocity project, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) today conducted the numbering draw for the SCOs and Bay Shops previously allotted to the respective owners/re-allotees. The draw was held at the Community Centre of Purab Premium Apartments, Sector 88, SAS Nagar.

Chandigarh/SAS Nagar, August 14: Ending the fifteen-year wait of the owners/re-allotees of land acquired for the Aerocity project, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) today conducted the numbering draw for the SCOs and Bay Shops previously allotted to the respective owners/re-allotees. The draw was held at the Community Centre of Purab Premium Apartments, Sector 88, SAS Nagar.
Sharing more details in this regard, Housing and Urban Development Minister Sardar Hardeep Singh Mundian said that the numbering draw was conducted for 166 SCOs of 100 sq yards, 159 SCOs of 121 sq yards and 167 Bay Shops of 60 sq yards.
The Cabinet Minister said that today's draw will provide more relief to the landowners as they were waiting for a long time to get the numbers allotted for these SCOs and Bay Shops.
Wishing the allottees, Sardar Hardeep Singh Mundian said that this draw has paved the way for the allottees to start their commercial activities after construction.
The Cabinet Minister said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Sardar Bhagwant Singh Mann is working for the welfare of every community and the Housing and Urban Development Department will take more steps for the welfare of the people in the coming time.
Expressing happiness over the allotment of SCOs and Bay Shops, Sharanpreet Singh, Devansh Trehan and Vivek Bansal said that they are completely satisfied with the result of the draw and will now be able to start their commercial ventures soon.
Chief Administrator GMADA Mr. Vishesh Sarangal, Additional Chief Administrator GMADA Mr. Amarinder Singh Malhi, Estate Officer (Plot) Mr. Ravinder Singh were present on the spot to supervise the draw process.
