Hisar:- SDM Rajesh Khoth said that 79th Independence Day will be celebrated with great enthusiasm. Sub-division level Independence Day celebration will be organized in the local Government College.
SDM Rajesh Khoth was presiding over a joint meeting of officers of various departments in the local joint office premises regarding the preparations for the Independence Day celebration. He said that the full dress final rehearsal will be organized in this college on August 13.
To celebrate Independence Day with grandeur, he fixed the duty of officers and employees for various tasks and instructed that whatever responsibility has been entrusted, ensure to fulfill it with full devotion.
He instructed the officers of the Public Health Department to make arrangements for adequate clean drinking water, the officers of the Health Department to make arrangements for ambulance vehicle with a team of doctors, the officers of the Fire Department to make arrangements for fire brigade vehicle, the Police Department to keep the traffic and parking system in order.
Similarly, he also fixed the duty of officers of other departments. He instructed the officers of the Nagar Parishad to clean the Shahidi Smarak and decorate all the squares of the city. He said that the selection of cultural teams will be done on 8th August in the Government College itself.
He asked the officers of all the departments to ensure that the list of the officers and employees who have done commendable work is sent by 8th August so that they can be honored in the function. DSP Vinod Shankar, Naib Tehsildar Daya Chand and officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
