On this occasion, he appealed that enclosures for the care of helpless animals should be built and the care of helpless animals should be done in a proper manner so that more and more common people would come forward. On this occasion, he gave orders to the concerned department to purchase an ambulance for taking care of the sick and injured animals. Apart from this, under the Animal Birth Control (ABC) programme, the officials of all municipal corporations were asked to review the programme.
