Mahilpur- Baljinder Mann, a Shiromani Punjabi children's literature writer from District Hoshiarpur and editor of Nikkian Karumbalan, has been appointed as an advisor from District Hoshiarpur of Indic Arts Welfare Council Punjab. Giving this information, the Chairman of the Council, Professor Bhola Yamla, said that Baljinder Mann has been playing an important role in literature, art, culture, sports and social activities for the last three to four decades. Keeping in mind his selfless work, he has been appointed as an advisor to the Council from District Hoshiarpur.
He further said that Baljinder Mann has created two dozen books that adorn childhood. In which he has made significant contributions in the fields of children's literature, including stories, poems, songs, articles, creation of plays, translation, evaluation, editing and publication. With his appointment, the literary and cultural programs of the organization will be further strengthened.
