On this occasion, General Manager of Industries Department Una, Rachit Sharma informed that the 'Greening of MSMEs' project is being run under the "Racing and Accelerating MSME Performance" program of the Government of India, which is supported by the World Bank. In the workshop, experts gave detailed information on topics like review of energy consumption, improvement in efficiency, inclusion of renewable energy sources, water conservation and recycling, waste management, reuse and recycling. Along with this, the participants were also provided training on contemporary topics like ESG, Net Zero, Decarbonization and Circular Economy.
