Chandigarh, July 23 – Government ITI Barara Hat Holi, Ambala was honoured for top performance in North Zone of the country during the 10th anniversary program of the nationally managed Skill India Mission, Bharat Skill Next, in New Delhi. During the program, Union Minister Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, honored Vice Principal of ITI Barara at Home, Shri Sultan Singh with a certificate and a trophy.
Haryana Minister of State for Youth Empowerment, Entrepreneurship and Sports, Shri Gaurav Gautam congratulated Government ITI Barara Hat Holi on receiving this honor.
The Minister said that a total of 6 ITIs were selected for this honor by the Zone Wise of India and they have been honored and encouraged on this occasion. Which includes Government ITI Barara Hat Holi.
He said that the state government is continuously working to improve the skills of the youth and the youth are also showcasing their talent through their skills and bringing glory to the state.
He said that this honor has been given to Government ITI Barara Hat Holi in recognition of its extraordinary contribution and continuous excellent performance in strengthening its skills and empowering the workforce of India.
ITI Principal Ashwani Kumar Sharma while giving information said that ITI Barara Hat Holi has been selected on the basis of excellent performance in various parameters of the institute in the past years which include the admission fee of the institute, female participation, trade diversity, pass, CBT examination participation and others. Such honors received by Government ITI Barara Hat Holi is a matter of pride not only for the entire district but also for the entire state of Haryana.
On receiving this achievement, Principal Secretary of the department Mr. Rajiv Ranjan and Director and Special Secretary of the department Captain Manoj Kumar also congratulated. He also thanked Youth Empowerment and Sports Minister Mr. Gaurav Gautam for receiving this achievement and said that under his successful guidance and continuous guidelines, this department is establishing new dimensions of success.
