S.A.S. Nagar, July 21, 2025: Under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Shri Bhagwant Singh Mann, as part of the campaign against drug traffickers across Punjab, programs are being organized in Mohali assembly constituency to sensitize the general public against drug addiction. In this episode, Ward No. 50 under the leadership of Councilor Gurmeet Kaur, former Councilor R.P. Sharma and Sector 57 Resident Welfare Association President Harpal Singh Brar, Temple Committee President Vijay Dogra were also present.
MLA Kulwant Singh, who arrived at these events as part of the anti-drug campaign, while talking to reporters, said that during the assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party supremo Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann had promised to build a healthy Punjab in the public court and had also assured that a large number of youth trapped in the mire of drug addiction would be started on a drug-free journey to take an oath against drug addiction and the anti-drug campaign is also getting the full support of the people of Punjab, which Because of this drug-free journey, positive results are also coming out. 
MLA Kulwant Singh said that the presence of a large number of youth and their parents in these programs is a clear proof that this campaign launched by the Aam Aadmi Party government will soon banish the evil of drug addiction from Punjab forever.
MLA Kulwant Singh said that along with this, the Punjab government is also constantly finalizing the plans for the development of Punjab and the pace of development of Punjab will be accelerated in the coming time.
