
Vikram Sood's family contributed Rs 5000 to Sanjhi Rasoi.
Hoshiarpur- The 'Sanjhi Rasoi' project being run by the District Red Cross Society in Mohalla Ish Nagar, Hoshiarpur is running very successfully under the guidance and supervision of Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain. 450 to 500 poor and needy people are getting benefited from this every day.

District Red Cross Society Secretary Mangesh Sood informed that for the success of this project, Vikram Sood, Manish Sood, Sapna Sood and Shalu Sood donated Rs 5000 to Sanjhi Rasoi in the memory of their mother Late Veena Sood. Tilak Raj Dhiman, Heena Pandey and other Red Cross employees were also present with them on this occasion.
On this occasion, Mr Sood also informed that this project being run by the District Red Cross is being operated with the funds donated by the donors/social workers of the district. Under the Book-a-Day scheme, they provide assistance in the form of ration material as well as continuous financial support to celebrate birthdays, marriage/anniversary and memorable days of their family members at Sanjhi Rasoi, Hoshiarpur.
