Hoshiarpur- Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner-cum-President District Red Cross Society Ashika Jain, new bridges are being dug every day by the District Red Cross Society. The Red Cross Society is always ready to help the poor and the needy. Giving information, District Red Cross Society Secretary Mangesh Sood said that every year devotees from Hoshiarpur district go on Amarnath Yatra.
Some basic needs of these devotees are fulfilled by Baba Barfani Seva Samiti Hoshiarpur with the help of Red Cross Society. District Red Cross Society Secretary Mangesh Sood said that this year also the Red Cross Society has provided sanitary pads and masks free of cost to Baba Barfani Seva Samiti for the devotees going on Amarnath Yatra.
These items will prove to be very useful for the pilgrims during the journey. Baba Barfani Seva Samiti expressed gratitude to the Red Cross Society for this work. On this occasion, Yugesh Kaushal, Aditya Rana, Joint Secretary and staff from Baba Barfani Seva Samiti were present.
