Chairman Arvinder Kumar Kaka, while raising questions on the performance of governments from time to time, said that some governments have shown dreams of making the royal city Patiala like California, some like Paris and some like Smart City etc., but till date these governments have not been able to free the royal city Patiala from dirt and potholes. Chairman Arvinder Kumar Kaka said that it was the responsibility of the Deputy Commissioner and Municipal Corporation Commissioner to pay attention to this and provide relief to the people from diseases, now Patiala is no longer a royal city. This city has become a city of dirt and potholes.
Chairman Arvinder Kumar Kaka demanded that the roads of the royal city be made solid and strong and the citizens of Patiala should be freed from deadly potholes and heaps of garbage which are enemies of health and destroy beauty.
