Hoshiarpur- MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa said that the Una Road, which has been in a dilapidated condition for a long time, will be repaired soon. He said that he has discussed the matter in detail with senior Central Government official SK Mishra. 
He prominently raised the issue of the poor condition of the road and the difficulties faced by the people due to this. Mr. Mishra assured MLA Jimpa that this road work comes under the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) and its repair work will be started in the next 10 days.
MLA Bram Shankar Jimpa thanked the Central Government and the concerned officials for this immediate action. He said that the safety and convenience of the public is my first commitment. I am trying at every level to strengthen the infrastructure of the area and provide better facilities to the citizens. He further said that accidents and traffic jams on Una Road have badly affected public life. 
In such a situation, this work, which is going to start soon, is a relief gift for the public. The MLA also appealed to the people to maintain patience and cooperation during the construction work so that the work can be completed on time and safely.
