Rajpura, May 20- Various organizations led by Jai Bhim Manch President Sukhjinder Singh Sukhi gathered in Rajpura SDM office demanding action against those who tore the flex boards of Baba Sahib Bhim Rao Ambedkar and a memorandum was given to the Naib Tehsildar in the name of SDM demanding action against those who tore the flex boards of Baba Sahib.
On this occasion, Sukhjinder Sukhi said that flex boards of Baba Sahib were installed at many places, pillars etc. in Rajpura city, which were badly torn and hung upside down by some bigoted people and insulted.
He alleged that the owner of an immigration company and the persons who took the contract of installing flex boards have deliberately torn these boards showing hatred towards Baba Sahib.
On this occasion, Tehsildar Pradeep Kumar assured the protesters that it will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken as soon as possible. On this occasion Jasvir Kumar Nahar of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Rajpura, Ashok Kumar (Vice President), Employees' Team Punjab Bhagdana Rajpura, Naresh Kumar Sewerage Board President, Kaka Lambardar, Gurdarshan Singh, Gurcharan Singh, Santokh Singh, Raj Kumar, Prem Kumar, Tarsem Kumar, Mangat Ram, Purushottam Kumar, Johnny, Sonu Banwari, Yogesh Saini, Sukhwinder Singh, Kaka Dhamoli, Gurmeet Singh, Shyam Lal, Harbans Singh, Vijay Kumar, Gurnam Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Pappu Kumar and other supporters were present.
