Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, May 6 - As per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority and on the instructions of Member Secretary Punjab State Legal Services Authority SAS Nagar, District and Sessions Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Priya Sood said that National Lok Adalat will be organized in the district on May 10.
District and Sessions Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Priya Sood said that as per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority and under the instructions of Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar, National Lok Adalat will be organized in the district on 10.05.2025 to settle the cases negotiable at judicial and pre-litigation level by mutual consent.
He informed that in this National Lok Adalat, cases related to services including pension cases, land acquisition cases, revenue cases, BSNL cases, insurance company related cases, financial matters, bank loan related cases, water bills, criminal negotiable cases, cheque bounce related cases, motor accident claim cases, tribunal related cases, matrimonial disputes, traffic challans, labour dispute cases, electricity cases and other negotiable cases will be heard.
