Hoshiarpur- A peaceful candle march was organized by the International Human Rights Organization (IHRO) in Hoshiarpur on 25 April 2025. It started from the Clock Tower and went to Shimla Pahari Chowk. On this occasion, a large number of people of Hoshiarpur participated and paid their tributes to the victims.
IHRO National Secretary Advocate Vikrant Rana said that this candle march has been organized to pay tribute to the victims of the Pahalgam attack. He appealed to the youth to maintain peace and restraint in such a time and demanded strict action from the government against the culprits, so that such incidents do not happen again in the future.
On this occasion, IHRO District President Rashim Beri, Punjab Secretary Sumit Gupta, Sukhdev Singh Sabi, Rakesh Kumar Sidhu, Baba President Vishwa Karma Mazdoor Union, Narinder Kumar Verma, Tarsem Singh Babbu, Naval Gupta and other colleagues were also present and expressed their heartfelt sympathy to the victim families.
