Patiala, April 12 - The Baisakhi festival and the 133rd birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar were celebrated today in the morning assembly by the students of Senior Secondary Model School, Punjabi University, Patiala. School students Gurleen, Prachi, Tamanna, Harjot and Amin informed the students about Baisakhi festival and Dr BR Ambedkar.
   On this occasion, under the leadership of Election Commissioner of India, Chief Electoral Officer Punjab and District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Patiala Shaukat Ahmed Pare and Election Returning Officer cum ADC Navreet Kaur Sekhon, sweep nodal officer Patiala-110 to create awareness about the votes of Lok Sabha Elections 2024. Told all the students and school staff that voting is the legal right of everyone and every voter should exercise this right given by the constitution. Also encouraged to vote more and about various voter registration apps. On this occasion, the school in charge and all the staff were present.
