Hoshiarpur- Dasuha MLA Karambir Singh Ghuman said that the Dhussi Dam in village Passi Bet of Dasuha had suffered some damage due to rain, but with the active cooperation of the administration and villagers, timely action was taken to make the dam safe.
He specially thanked Radha Swami Satsang Ghar, Bhuri Wale Baba Ji's Sangat, social organizations, villagers and youth, who averted the potential danger by working day and night. The MLA clarified that there is no danger of any kind at this time and appealed to the people to stay away from rumors.
MLA Ghuman said that he is always standing with the people of his area and every possible step is being taken for their safety and help. He assured the people that the administration and the government are constantly monitoring the situation.
The MLA said that the Punjab government and public representatives always stand with the people in good and bad times. He appealed to the people to maintain patience and cooperation. During this, SDM Kanwaljit Singh and other dignitaries were also present.
