4 March Hoshiarpur- Prof. Dr. Parvinder Singh has taken charge as Vice Chancellor at Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab. He holds a PhD in Chemistry from Panjab University Chandigarh and has over 39 years of experience in academia and administration. On assuming charge at LTSU Punjab, Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor LTSU Punjab and senior officials of the university welcomed him.
He has several awards, merit scholarships and recognitions like NE Asia Fellowship, U.T. He has also been conferred with Chandigarh Ratna and Sahitya Council Honors, Global Excellence Teacher Award (GETA2020) and Excellence Award on Independence Day 2024 by the Punjab Government.
Among his academic contributions, he has published more than 50 research papers in national and international journals, written chemistry textbooks for Indian universities, presented papers in institutions in the US, Italy, Canada and Australia.

has taken major initiatives in examination and academic reforms, including online examination systems, CBCS, and semester implementation, academic audit and syllabus reframing to enhance the quality of education, and agreements for international internships and faculty exchanges of students and hosted webinars on leadership, education reform, and technology
He has organized and represented several national/international webinars, FDPs, and symposiums on education, technology, and research excellence. Dr. Singh said that he Sandeep Singh Kaura is very grateful to the Chancellor LTSU Punjab and the Pro Chancellor Madam who gave me the opportunity to work with all of you to take the University to higher levels of achievement.
