Registry work will continue uninterrupted in tehsils: Ashika Jain

March 4 Hoshiarpur- Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain said that the registry work will continue uninterrupted in the tehsil premises of the district and people will not have to face any kind of problem in the offices of the Revenue Department.

Taking information about the registry work in the sub-divisions of the district, Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain said that today 55 registries and power of attorney were done in Garhshankar, Hoshiarpur, Tanda, Dasuha and Mukerian. She said that as per the instructions of the Punjab Government, employees have also been authorized for the registry work in the district, which includes 4 superintendents and 5 kanungos.
She said that the registry and power of attorney work will continue uninterrupted from Wednesday. She said that she herself will visit the tehsil premises and review the registry work and talk to the people. Deputy Commissioner Ashika Jain said that the district administration is fully committed to provide civic amenities to the people without any hassle.
He said that people will be able to get their properties registered easily. He said that necessary instructions have been given to the concerned officers in this regard, so that people's work can be ensured with complete transparency. Deputy Commissioner-cum-Registrar Ashika Jain, using her powers under the Punjab Registration Act, has authorized 9 employees to do the work of registration.
According to the orders issued, Grade-2 Superintendent Sukhwinder Singh has been assigned the charge of Sub-Registrar of Mukerian. Similarly, Superintendent Grade-2 Gurjinder Kaur has been assigned the charge of Registrar/Sub-Registrar Hoshiarpur, Superintendent Grade-2 Kamlesh Devi has been assigned the charge of Garhshankar and Mahilpur and Superintendent Grade-2 Nirmal Singh has been assigned the charge of Tanda. Similarly, Field Kanungo Varinder Kumar has been given the charge of Dasuha and Gardiwala, Kanungo Sukhdev Kumar has been given the charge of Hajipur, Kanungo Vijay Kumar has been given the charge of Bhunga, Kanungo Varinder Kumar has been given the charge of Talwara and Kanungo Sukhjinder Singh has been given the charge of Sham Chursi.
