Nawanshahr, October 5 - As per the directions of Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and Ministry of Law, Department of Justice, District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Priya Sood and all judicial officers planted various shade trees in the new court complex under the global campaign 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Saath'.
On this occasion, Additional District and Sessions Judge Karunesh Kumar, Principal Justice (Family Court) Baljinder Singh, CJM-cum-Secretary District Legal Services Authority Dr. Amandeep, Chief Judicial Magistrate Parwinder Kaur, Civil Judge (Junior Division) Monika Chauhan, Civil Judge (Junior Division) Tushar Kaur Thind and Civil Judge (Junior Division) Papneet Kaur were present. On this occasion, District and Sessions Judge Priya Sood said that today we all have planted various types of plants for the love, respect of our mother and protection and conservation of Mother Earth.
She said that we all should plant as many trees as possible to make our environment green and pollution free. He also gave the message that 'every person should plant a tree'.
