Mahilpur, January 16- Today two old players and students of the institute Sukhjinder Singh Sukha (Canada) and Danny Dhaliwal (Canada) reached Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur. They made a special visit to the institute and shared their memories related to the college. On this occasion, the Principal of the college Dr. Parvinder Singh welcomed the said students and shared information about the activities of the college.
He said that after getting education from the college, the students who settle in different countries and abroad have a special attachment with this institute. It is worth mentioning that Sukhjinder Singh Sukha played in the college football team in the year 2001-02 and after that he played in the football team of JCT Phagwara for three years. Similarly, Danny Dhaliwal also made a special place in the college football team with his excellent game during the year 1995-96.
On this occasion, the above students who reached the college refreshed the memories related to their sports journey. During this, Sukhjinder Singh and Danny Dhaliwal were felicitated by Prof. Parvinder Singh and the staff also honoured him specially. On this occasion Prof. Tajinder Singh, Dr. JB Sekhon, Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Prof. Ashok Kumar were also present.
