Giving more information in this regard, Deputy Director of DBEE SAS Nagar Harpreet Singh Manshahian said that all the information related to online application for apprentice recruitment can be obtained on the web portal www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. Also told that youth can apply for this recruitment throughout the year. The qualification of the candidates for this recruitment is 8th/10th/12th pass and ITI/NTC.
Giving information regarding the application, he said that the candidates should contact the industry/employer of their choice after registering themselves on the portal as mentioned above. To apply for the recruitment, a proforma has been given on the government website www.punjabitis.gov.in, by filling which the candidates can submit all their documents along with the proforma to any government ITI of the Punjab Government. The dates for registration and creation of their contracts for the first batch of fresher candidates have been fixed as April 15, 2025 and for the second batch of candidates registering thereafter, October 15, 2025.
The government will also provide allowance to the candidates as per NAPS-2 guidelines during apprenticeship training.
