Chandigarh August 2, 2024:- To celebrate the Van Mahotsav, tree plantation drive was organised on 2nd August 2024 in the Boys Hostel no-7, under the aegis of Dean Student Welfare office, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Prof Amit Chauhan, Dean Student Welfare, Prof Naresh Kumar, Associate Dean Student Welfare and Prof Yogesh Kumar Rawal, Chairman, Department of Zoology graced the event and planted trees. Wardens from boys and girls hostels were part of this plantation drive. Dr Ravinder Kumar, warden Boys Hostel-7 welcomed the dignitaries and thanked them to be the part of the event. The staff members and residents of the Boys Hostel-7 were present during this occasion.
