He said that yoga trainer Babita Rani is conducting 6 yoga classes daily in Derabassi. The first class is held in Gill Colony from 5.20 am to 6.20 am, the second class is held in Shakti Nagar Park from 6.30 am to 7.30 am, the third class is held in Anaj Mandi Guru Agan Dev Ji Gurudwara from 10.00 am to 11.00 am, the fourth class is held in Ravidas Bhawan from 11.05 am to 12.05 pm, the fifth class is held in Forest Park from 3.50 pm to 4.50 pm, the sixth and last class is held in Jain Sahakan from 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Yoga instructor Babita Rani says that yoga practice has many benefits for the human body. Regular yoga practice helps a person sleep well. Its continuous practice not only helps in getting good sleep but also increases self-confidence and brings flexibility in the muscles.
