Hoshiarpur- Under the guidance of Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur Dr. Pawan Kumar and the able leadership of Dr. Karan Kumar Saini, an awareness seminar on eye donation was organized at Aam Aadmi Clinic Miani today. On this occasion, Eye Donor Incharge Tanda Bhai Barinder Singh Masiti State Awardee was also motivating people to donate eyes with him. 
Giving information on this occasion, Dr. Karan Saini said that eye donation is a great donation, with which light can be brought into the lives of two people at the same time. He said that these eyes can be donated within 4 hours after the death of a person. Therefore, the nearest eye bank should be informed immediately after death. He appealed to the people to fill as many donation forms as possible to donate eyes. 
Dr. Saini further informed that through the government hospital and in collaboration with Rotary Club Hoshiarpur, the eye donation organization has given sight to 2 people from Tanda area. On this occasion, among others, Dr. Karan Singh Virk, Dr. Savinder Singh, Dr. Kewal Singh, Dr. Meenakshi Saini, Dr. Manoj Kumar, Bhupinder Singh, Bindra Rani (LHB) Raj Kaur etc. were present.
