On Ayurveda Day, he was encouraged to integrate Ayurveda principles in study and practice

Mandi Gobindgarh, November 6 – Desh Bhagat Ayurvedic College and Hospital under Desh Bhagat University celebrated the 9th Ayurveda Day (Ayurveda Innovation for Global Health) with a program focusing on the vital role of Ayurveda in holistic health. The event was presided over by Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tejinder Kaur.

The event was presided over by Chancellor Dr. Zora Singh, Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tejinder Kaur.
Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Abhijit H Joshi, Chancellor's Adviser Dr Varinder Singh, Vice President Dr Harsh Sadavarti, Director Ayurveda Dr Kulbhushan joined as special guests. Principal Dr. Smita Johar, Vice Principal Dr. Amandeep Sharma, Medical Superintendent Dr. Jyoti Dhami welcomed the dignitaries.
On this occasion, Dr. Zora Singh informed about the relevance of Ayurveda for modern health and inspired the students to integrate Ayurvedic principles in their studies and future practice. Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Abhijit H Joshi emphasized the contribution of Ayurveda in preventive healthcare. The events included Lord Dhanvantari Puja, Havan ceremony and lunch, which was attended by teaching and non-teaching staff, hospital staff and students of Ayurveda.
