Hoshiarpur - Last day Dr. Ravjot Singh who has become the Minister of Local Government was honored by Kulwant Singh Saini Patron Municipal Employees Action Committee Punjab and Vice President of Cleaners Union Somnath Adia with the entire team and Somnath Adian while giving a letter of cleaning in the local corporation. 
Servants and sewermen have been insourced and discussions were also held on fixing them and shortening the probationary period. Fixing employees is not making any financial difference to the government. Along with this, there was a discussion about insourcing all the categories which are outsourced in other different departments. 
It should also be mentioned here that it has been two and a half to three years since the government was formed, the government has not fully resolved the issues on which it was formed, nor has it been able to negotiate with the employees' organization during this time, due to which there is a lot of anger among the employees. is It should also be mentioned that the rank-4 or rank-3 recruits in the local government used to be at the local level, but the presidents and mayors of the municipal councils of Punjab are not aware of what they fear from the government. 
The government is recruiting and sending employees to local offices and those employees are transferred there because they are from outside cities. The time of the meeting was sought from the minister and he assured that the meeting will be held within the next week. On this occasion, Dilip Kumar Pradhan, Kailash, Bunty and other employees were present.
