Hoshiarpur - Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal said that the district administration is regularly solving the problems of the people. He said that immediate action is being taken in coordination with the concerned departments to solve the problems of the people, so that the public does not have to face any kind of trouble. In the same series, the problem of potholes on the road at Singariwala Chowk, located near Chandigarh Bypass on Jalandhar-Hoshiarpur Road, came to his attention.
Taking this problem of the public seriously, he directed the Public Works Department to solve this problem immediately. So Gurmeet Singh, Axion of the Public Works Department took quick action and repaired the potholes at Singariwala Chowk. Axion Gurmeet Singh said that the potholes have been completely filled and now the road has become safe and easy for traffic.
The Deputy Commissioner said that the objective of the district administration is to solve the problems of the public immediately. He said that special attention is being given to the problems of the people during the regular meetings of the administrative officers. The concerned departments have been instructed to immediately attend to the complaints of the public and solve the problems of the public on priority basis. The Deputy Commissioner assured that the district administration will take all possible steps for the welfare of the public and the problems of the public will be taken seriously in the future as well.
