Patiala- It is very important to train factory workers about safety of themselves and their families, first aid, CPR, fire safety, so that accidents can be prevented and if an accident happens, proper first aid can be given to the injured, this view was expressed by HR Eng. Manager of Sood Plastic Factory Focal Point VK Malhotra during a training program organized in the factory in collaboration with National Small Industries Corporation.

On this occasion, Inspector Sarabjit Kaur and ASI Ram Saran of Patiala Police Traffic Education Cell gave information about the causes and prevention of traffic, cyber and domestic accidents. They told about the importance of ISI brand helmet or properly worn turban, seat belt, license, insurance, pollution, RC, physical and mental health, stress problem, drug-free traffic.
Retired Training Supervisor of Red Cross, Shri Kaka Ram Verma gave training on disasters caused by war and disasters, heart attack, cardiac arrest, unconsciousness, head injury, internal bleeding, epilepsy, shock, poison, bone fracture, first aid, CPR, recovery position, ventilator artificial respiration etc. so that the injured can be saved from death. He gave training on types of fire, incidents of fire, gas leakage, causes of electrical short circuit, water, soil for extinguishing fire, extinguishing fire and use of fire extinguisher cylinders.
On this occasion, the employees expressed their gratitude and said that such practical training programs should be organized twice a year in educational institutions, factories, workshops, hotels, dhabas, business establishments, offices and police departments to save precious lives and properties.
