Garhshankar- Like every year, this year also the 6th voluntary blood donation camp was organized in memory of late Shri Paramjit Singh Heer at village Moila Wahidpur in the area. About 65 units of blood were collected during this blood donation camp.
Giving information about this blood donation camp, social worker Manpreet Roki, son of late Paramjit Singh Heer, said that this blood donation camp was organized with the support of respected personalities of the area and Bhai Ghanaiya Ji Blood Bank Hoshiarpur.
He said that during this camp, the young heroes who donated blood were thanked and specially honored. On the occasion of this camp, Jivan Jagrati Manch Garhshankar also organized a langar of different types of plants.
During this camp, social workers from across the region were especially present, including Mr. Somnath Bangar, Darsan Singh Mattu, Lakhwinder Kumar Lucky, Prof. Bikkar Singh, Happy Sadhowal, Dr. Bittu, Sadie Bhajjal, Baljinder Kumar, Daljit Raju, Subhash Mattu, Shinda Golia and other social workers.
